245G.09 subd. 3: tobacco educational material added to day-one record requirements
The amendment adds tobacco educational material, provided according to section 245G.04 subdivision 4, to the list of items that must be documented as given to clients on the day of service initiation, alongside the existing opioid educational material requirement. No other changes are made to the required contents of client records under this subdivision. This section is effective January 1, 2027.
