245G.11 subd. 8: supervision requirement removed for recovery peers

The amendment removes the requirement that recovery peers provide services under the supervision of an alcohol and drug counselor. Recovery peers must still meet qualifications under section 245I.04, subdivision 18, and provide services within the scope of practice in section 245I.04, subdivision 19, but the supervision language has been deleted. This section does not state an effective date and the reader should check the act.
