245A.65 subd. 1a: mobile crisis programs get adjusted vulnerable adult determination trigger

The amendment adds a new paragraph (c) creating an exception for license holders providing mobile crisis services: instead of the 24-hour determination clock starting at admission, it starts within 24 hours of first providing crisis stabilization services to an adult under section 245I.24, subdivision 9. All other vulnerable adult determination requirements in subdivision 1a remain unchanged. This section does not state an effective date and the reader should check the act.
