245G.11 subd. 7: bachelor's degree removed as treatment coordinator qualifier
The amendment removes the bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields as a standalone qualifying criterion for treatment coordinators, leaving a high school diploma or equivalent and mental health practitioner status as the qualifying education options under clause (4). The clause numbering is updated accordingly, but all other qualification and supervision requirements remain unchanged. This section is effective the day following final enactment.
