ACF Proposed Rule: Block Grant Admin Requirements May Be Reduced for States and Tribes

ACF is proposing to revise its block grant regulations to eliminate outdated requirements and reduce administrative burden on state and tribal grantees. The changes would modernize reporting and procedural obligations to better align with current law and agency practice. This is a proposed rule, no changes are in effect yet.
